Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time. In-stock orders ship from our Utah warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Rates.

• Standard: $8.00 flat rate on orders under $100
• Free Standard shipping on orders of $100 or more (before taxes)

Transit times depend on the carrier and destination and are estimates, not guarantees.

Coming-soon items. Products marked coming soon or sold out can’t be ordered until they’re back in stock at our Utah warehouse.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot an error, email us right away; once an order ships we can’t change the address.

Lost or damaged packages. If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier office first, then email us within 7 days and we’ll help file a claim. Packages that arrive damaged are covered under our Refund Policy.

Taxes. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
